Role Overview: 

The PMO Planner ensures effective planning, tracking, and reporting of programs. They collaborate with project leads to develop/maintain and report on detailed program plans, dependencies, critical paths and scheduling conflicts.

They provide essential support to the Project Management Lead in program management activities. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain implementation detailed (end-to-end) program plan and work closely with project leads to integrate individual project plans into the overarching program plan.
  • Tracking and Reporting: Monitor progress, identify dependencies, and report on milestones, dependencies, critical paths and risks.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate with project leads and senior stakeholders, ensuring clear updates and insights.
Skills:
  • Extensive experience in program planning
  • Proficient in the use of planning tools such as MS Project, Planview or equivalent
  • Strong verbal and written skills for senior-level stakeholders.
  • Detail-Oriented: Accurate in documentation and reporting
  • Experience in Agile delivery methodology
  • Ideal candidate would have experience on a large scale transformation program, and experience in working with cross functional teams
