The opportunity:

You will be leading a 5-person team and also be part of a much larger workplace experience group.

  • Being responsible for overall product lifecycle management, ensuring digital products are managed strategically that meet this organisation’s products consumer current and future needs.
  • Defining new opportunities and ensuring the timely implementation of agreed initiatives and outcomes, this role will also be involved in supporting product strategy and delivery of change across the organisation.
  • The role works closely with the business owners to deliver unique, defined and quantifiable value based on the products consumer needs.
  • Engage in meaningful interactions with business owners, users, and customers to prepare for, plan, prioritise product releases and go lives.

Your past experience and skill set:
  • Advanced (7+ years) Product Management experience in a medium to large complex operating environment.
  • Advanced (6+ years) of identity & access management (IAM) domain experience, with demonstrated experience designing and implementing solutions using the following identity and management tools: Saviynt Security Manager, Azure AD, LDAP
  • Demonstrated strategic product planning and lifecycle management capability.
  • A proficient knowledge of user experience principles and experience integrating user experience into product backlogs.
  • Proficient understanding and experience with the end-to-end software development lifecycle and methodologies around continuous integration and delivery.
  • A pro-active, one team approach and strong commercial acumen.
  • Skilled in agile methodologies and delivery.
