My client is now at stage two of their transformation journey and it is a VERY exciting time to be a part of their organisation.  They are looking to deliver value across many business streams and are looking to drive a cultural transformation.  They are looking to do this through Adaptive ways of working including Agile, HCD and Lean practices.
The role:

• You will be working with the business to ensure relevant Agile tools are utilised and delivered to across projects/ initiatives. 
• You will provide Agile coaching to Product owners and squads to build that capability
• Help embed enterprise wide initiatives to build Agile maturity.
• Lead sprints with key stakeholders - design workshops, sprints etc
• Upskill the business by driving best practice Agile standards and build capability.
• Identify opportunity for collaboration across the business including exec.  

To be successful you will : 

• Have a qualification in Design thinking, business marketing
• Be certified in Agile coaching and/or Human Centred Design and have operated at PM level
• Have worked in an enterprise complex environment prior.  
• Understand Adaptive practice and be able to articulate where you have driven successful Agile coaching projects.
