The Job:

• Support the virtual services offering from Virtual Workplace Services  
• Support virtual services project implementations and activities
• Provide leadership and guidance to technical engineers in respect to the delivery of all virtual desktop solutions
• Monitor and manage VDI / SOE projects, provide 3rd level VDI / SOE support and End User Support related problem management cases
• Develop and streamline support and maintenance processes for standardised management across multiple customers

 
What we need from you:

• Experience in managing Windows server environments via Microsoft SCCM to build gold images via task sequences 
• Experience in delivering applications via Microsoft App-V and managing Microsoft App-V infrastructure 
• Experience in SOE Management and design  
• Experience in Windows PowerShell, Scripting Host, VB Script and WMI skills including creation, modification and implementation 
• 1+ years experience in AWS and Azure  
• Good working knowledge of at least 3 to 5 years’ experience in managing medium to large Citrix based server environments 
• Excellent working knowledge of at least 5 years’ experience in managing Server and Desktop operating systems 
• Knowledge of these Citrix products: NetScaler, StoreFront, XenApp / XenDesktop 7.6 and above
• Experience with Citrix environment reporting through a variety of Vendor Tools (e.g., SysTrack), Provisioning Server, Citrix Cloud Personalization Management (AppSense / WEM / UPM)
