About the role:

The need for specialist Talent Managers who know how to utilise digital platforms and establish genuine connections with New Zealand's top technology talent has never been as in demand as it is now. This new role will offer you the rare opportunity to be 100% candidate facing and to work on a wide variety of permanent and contractor tech vacancies by gaining access to an even broader range of existing public and private sector clients.

As an AoG supplier you'll source candidates for local and central Government organisations as well as large local and multinational blue-chip companies. We've made significant investments in our internal technology platforms and systems so you'll walk into a well-established business with the right support mechanisms to help you navigate the talent market successfully.

About you:

You'll be an experienced sourcing specialist, candidate manager or talent manager and you want to work alongside the best recruiters. You'll be looking for an environment that will allow you to develop and grow your career by letting you get on and do what you do best, finding talent!

Ideally, you'll have a strong understanding of the technology contracting market with proven experience sourcing I.T contractors for a variety of different roles. A sound understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process with the ability to adapt between contract and permanent recruitment.
