About the Organisation:

The New Zealand Intelligence Community (NZIC) is looking for an experienced and highly competent Level 1 System Administrator with the necessary ‘tight-lipped’ skills to get amongst enhancing Aotearoa’s national security.

About you:

You will:
  • Be a motivated and efficient systems expert with the determination to deliver flawless operational support
  • Have solid experience in an IT system administration or IT service management role
  • Understand effective monitoring of system performance and have a thorough knowledge of data security and system vulnerabilities
  • Have the ability to expertly manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate sound judgment, tact and integrity when dealing with sensitive issues
  • Display excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence to liaise effectively and professionally with a diverse range of people

IMPORTANT: To be eligible for employment within the NZIC you must have been a NZ citizen for at least 10 years. Alternatively you must hold a current NZ Residency Class Visa and ideally have been a citizen of UK, USA, Canada or Australia for at least 10 years.
