About the Organisation:

The New Zealand Intelligence Community (NZIC) is looking for an experienced and highly competent Service Desk Technician with the necessary ‘tight-lipped’ skills to get amongst enhancing Aotearoa’s national security.

About You:

You will need to be a bit ‘hack’ and a bit ‘Formula 1 mechanic’. In this job you might start out as the former, but you’ll end up as the latter.

You will:
  • Have a broad knowledge of IT, electronics, networks, RF, circuits etc
  • Know how to engage with users and provide them the correct support in the best way at the right time
  • Know how to build it from the ground up and have the skills and certs to prove it
  • Let’s be honest - you’ll be able to make things happen that others can’t
