Part time opportunities do not come around very often, particularly in Financial Services.  That is what we are after for this international FS brand.    

My client is looking for someone to help support their Service Desk and ensure Customer Service Delivery to the users.  You will be tasked with Level 1 and 2 Support and be on hand to support projects.  

Key requirements:
  • 3+ years Technical Support experience across Microsoft products including O365, Win 10, AD, Citrix.
  • Strong customer service and delivery 
  • Interest in supporting the calls via the queue and ensuring the business has a high level of service
