My client is looking for someone to help support their Service Desk and ensure Customer Service Delivery to the users. You will be tasked with Level 1 and 2 Support and be on hand to support projects.
Key requirements:
- 3+ years Technical Support experience across Microsoft products including O365, Win 10, AD, Citrix.
- Strong customer service and delivery
- Interest in supporting the calls via the queue and ensuring the business has a high level of service
