One of our Clients who is a well-known, Australasian brand, is looking for a L1/2 Support Analyst. This is a 6 month contract and the role is based in both the Central Auckland Head Office and East Tamaki.

You will:

  • Provide excellent remote & local Level 1/2 Support for the users through all available channels
  • Provide the hardware support for mobile phones, desktops, laptops
  • Support users in Windows, Office 365 environment
  • Support the offshore Server and Network teams with patching and racking of equipment.
  • Help team in the project activities
The key requirements for this role are:

  • Solid technical background in a similar role
  • Experience with Windows 10 & Office 365 and exposure to patching and racking of equipment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in supporting customers with a "Can-do" attitude
