This role supports over 1000 users across New Zealand, Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong. You will be the first support professional to look after our business, so you will require a strong ability to prioritise tasks and tickets. Whilst a component of this role focuses on phone-based support, you'll also be involved in supporting the local users face to face, both BAU and project work.

There will be a requirement to travel to our other NZ offices to help build relationships and provide face to face support - ensure all those niggly issues are fixed.

This is an opportunity to join a fun and friendly team who work hard but also enjoy the social aspects of work.

Please note, to be considered for this role you must have a valid New Zealand work visa.
